ReStore
803 E. Brockway Ave.
Morgantown, WV 26501

If you have an item (or items) you’d like to donate, the best way to proceed is to bring the item directly to our store during business hours. Tax receipts will be available at the time of donation.

If you have something that won’t fit in your car, we’ll be happy to schedule a pickup for you, with the following stipulations:

-The item must be on a ground floor or in a garage. Our driver is not allowed to go up or down stairs to retrieve a donation.

-Exceptions: We’ll deal with stairs for multiple-item donations that often occur when someone is moving, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements for people physically unable to get the item to a ground floor.

-Our truck costs almost $25/hr to run, so the item(s) we pick up must be worth that cost. As much as we might like to, we simply can’t afford to send our truck for a single sink or a toilet.

-We’re usually booked 3-5 days ahead, so please don’t wait until the last minute to request a pickup!

-We always reserve the right to refuse any donation at any time. Often if we refuse a donation, it’s simply because we don’t have space or demand for that item at the current moment. Our driver has the final word on item acceptance. Please don’t ask us to make exceptions!

Below is a list of items that we DO and DO NOT accept. Please keep in mind that these lists are NOT all-inclusive. We often take things not on the “acceptable items” list. Please call us if you have a question.
